Promoting access to decent work: career counselors’ experiences with career construction counseling

Abstract This article is based on career counselors’ experiences with how construction counseling (CCC) can benefit clients, and the results are discussed according to psychological perspective of decent work in psychology working theory (PWT). The argues that CCC promote access by creating inward outward meaning making, which refer internal anchoring promoting will change. Hence, CCC’s focus individual, together contextualization, considered a strength regardless culture. Additionally, suggests counselors may affect whether ultimately promotes work.
